Service, credits and refunds
Service
You must have permission to upload and process your photos. AI-generated eyes and colors are estimates. Inspect your result; a particular quality or faithful recovery of missing detail is not guaranteed.
Credits
Standard repairs use 10 credits. Unused credits do not expire. Packages are shown before checkout. Credits are for Renilo services and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Failed repairs
Credits return automatically if a repair fails before a model request is submitted, or the model reports a final failure and we confirm no model charge. If the model charged us, credits are not automatically returned. Unknown charges are checked rather than treated as zero. A local quality or final-check failure does not itself qualify for an automatic credit return.
Cash refunds
No discretionary cash refunds or self-service refund button are offered. Refunds, remedies and payment corrections required by applicable law remain available. Contact support about duplicate, unauthorized or disputed payments. Mandatory consumer rights are not replaced with credits.
Photo availability
Photos are available for 24 hours, subject to the processing and backup details in our privacy notice. Download promptly.
