Your photos and privacy
Your photos
Uploads are private to your browser before sign-in and linked to your account after sign-in. Other users cannot access them through the product API.
24-hour availability
Originals, results, face crops and processing files are scheduled for deletion from active storage 24 hours after upload. Tasks already processing finish before cleanup. Download results in time. Existing private-test photos receive a 24-hour transition window when this policy is enabled.
Image provider
Starting a repair sends your photo to RunningHub. Its safety and retention policies also apply; our 24-hour window does not guarantee deletion of provider copies. Authorized operators may access files to resolve support or technical issues.
Backups and records
Restricted recovery backups follow their own rotation schedule and are not all erased immediately when active photos expire. Account, order and credit records are kept separately.
