Before you buy
What does a repair cost?
A standard repair uses 10 credits. Closed-eye repair handles one person per repair; old-photo restoration includes damage repair and colorization.
When do I pay?
Uploading and initial checks are available before payment. AI processing starts only after you sign in, have enough credits and confirm a repair.
What if a repair fails?
Credits return for failures before AI processing is requested, or final processing failures confirmed to have no processing charge. Charged processing or a result needing review does not automatically qualify.
How long can I download my photos?
Photos are available for 24 hours after upload. Download the result in time and keep your own copy.
